We are very proud to share that Woodland Care Center has received a five-star rating by Medicare.gov. Medicare has a one to five star rating system that is gauged by Health & Fire Safety Inspections, Staffing, Quality Measures, and Penalties.

Each category is also given its own one to five rating. Staffing is based on the staff’s hours and hours spent with residents. Quality measures are based on resident assessment that show how well the nursing home cares for its resident’s needs. Penalties record federal fines and payment denials from the past three years.
