“Always Here, To Show You We Care”
Our focus is to be the best in service for our residents and community by incorporating family values, teamwork, and hard work into our culture. To serve is to be selfless and compassionate, unwavering from a mission to help others. Abiding by these values we desire to see growth, not only for our residents, but for families, employees, and our community. We simply strive to be the best, not to impress by providing the best possible quality of life and care to the persons we serve.
Letter From Our Director
Welcome to Woodland Convalescent and Assisted Living Center!
As the facility’s Executive Director, I am honored to be a part of the exceptional care and services provided every day by our dedicated staff.
Woodland Care Center has been serving the Clark and Cowlitz counties of Washington State for nearly 40 years. The facility has grown to accommodate the long-term care services needed in the Woodland Community by adding the assisted living portion of the building in 1995 and adding a new wing to accommodate shorter term therapy clients in 2006.
Our mission is based on the philosophy that we are here to provide a home and an extended family to those we serve. We hope you enjoy the facility’s extensive refurbishment to each resident room, resident bath and shower rooms, lobby area, resident day rooms and dining rooms, and continually look for new and progressive ways to accommodate and care for the residents we serve.
Should you need to speak with me please don’t hesitate to stop by my office or call me at 360-225-9443.
